Currently, nothing is more trendy than an event featuring short-plates.  These are small plate that have all the components of a large entree, but are done demi-sized.  They are perfect because the plates are beautiful, but don”t fill the guests up too much, leaving room for a selection of short-plates.

At a corporate event we are catering next week at the , Pinnacle Events” client has chosen 12 short-plate.  These are just some of what they have chosen.
