We are so excited to share Nicole’s Elm Bank wedding from this June. We had been working with Nicole for over two years to help plan her gorgeous wedding and we were ecstatic to see it all come together. Often times our couples become friends after the long planning process. We are always so sad to see them go, but it is all worth it when we have a successful event and beautiful photos to remind us of the creative process. Thank you to Lovely Valentine Photography for these stunning photos!
Nicole chose to host her ceremony in the Italianate Garden of Elm Banks gorgeous grounds. She had the manor house in the background and the running fountain as their backdrop.
Pre -ceremony hydration stations are always a great idea to keep guests hydrated and a fun way to welcome your guests to your ceremony
Nicole chose a delicious sampling of small bites to offer her guests during the two hour cocktail hour. From Escargot on a Porcelain Spoon with Garlic and Parsley to Butter Chicken and Black Truffle Vol-Au-Vent with Micro Celery.
The salad course featured Watermelon & Goat Cheese with Diced Honeydew, Celery Leaves, Pistachios, Baby Arugula & a Spring Lettuce Mix Drizzled with a Honey Chili Lime Vinaigrette
The fish entree consisted of Pan Seared Cod with Champagne Beurre Blanc, Seafood Risotto and Spring Heirloom Baby Vegetables (Trimmed) Garnished with Rainbow Microgreens
To keep in line with the French theme for the evening guests enjoyed Filet of Steak Au Poivre with Pommes Annas (Round), Haricot Vert and Red Wine Demiglace
