Eustis Estate Blog Post
The Eustice Estate in Milton, Massachusetts is a hidden historic gem. The estate was built in 1878 by Boston Architect William Ralph Emerson for the Eustis family as a starter home. This became the family’s forever home and four Eustis generations continued to live in the estate until it was sold to Historic New England in 2012.
The home then became a museum and a study center after undergoing restorations in 2014 and was made available to the public in May of 2017. With this restoration completed, the public can take tours of the grounds and the estate, and Historic New England has begun booking weddings and events starting in 2018. They have dates available for events on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
The eighty acres of land make the grounds a gorgeous backdrop for your special event. The scenery of the grounds mixed with the grand scale of the house creates a lovely backdrop to any party. The team at the Eustis Estate is excited to have their doors open to the public and to start hosting events. Your event can be held in either a grand tent on their grounds, or within the beautiful historic house itself.
