Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cocktail

Cereal Cocktail

In honor of National Cereal Day, we create an incredibly delicious cocktail that we cannot stop sipping.  This cocktail is inspired by a classic White Russian, and is made by infusing cream with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal.  It was easy to make and even easier to drink.  Cheers!

Cinnamon Toast Cocktail ~ serves 2

1 c. Cinnamon Toast Crunch
4 oz. heavy cream
4 oz. Kahlua (chilled in the refrigerator)
4 oz. premium vodka (chilled in the freezer)

1) Pour cereal and cream into a bowl and infuse for 10 minutes.  Drain into a clean bowl through a sieve pushing down on the soft cereal to extract all the cream.
2) In two glasses, divide the cream, Kahlua, and vodka.  Stir with a straw and drink nice and cold!
