Capers’ Out of State Destination Summer Weddings

From the farms of New Hampshire to the seacoast of Maine, we here at Capers have been busy over the past few months executing amazing events, both in Massachusetts and around New England. To kick off the summer season we had the pleasure of working with event planner Kate Martin, from Beautiful Days, and many other vendors to carry out a gorgeous June wedding at a private residence in Kennebunkport, ME. Guests who came to celebrate bride Amy and groom Ron feasted on some of New England’s staple dishes such as: Capers’ classic miniature Maine Lobster Rolls, Clam Chowder, and All Natural Beef Short Ribs Topped with Lazy Man (atop the shell) ½ Lobster. Across the border in Strafford, NH our own Kate Monteiro and the rest of the Capers team helped Kate’s sister Kristina and now husband Anthony celebrate their wedding at Kitz Farm. Guests were treated to a hilltop ceremony, followed by cocktail hour and seated dinner inside the barn. A light salad of Wild Greens with Local Strawberries, Blueberries, Feta, Candied Pecans and Champagne-Shallot Vinaigrette started dinner off on a fresh foot. Then after dining on Capers’ Braised Short Ribs and Lemon, Garlic, and Rosemary Bistro Chicken, guests were treated to a dessert buffet to satisfy their sweet tooth. The all around gorgeous day ended with a romantic sparkler send off by family and friends for the bride and groom. Check out some of the beautiful photos captured by Prudente Photography below:
