Breakfast in Bed for Valentine’s Day ♥
Cooking is one of the great gifts you can give to the ones you love.Ina Garten
Surprise your sweetie with breakfast in bed on Valentine’s Day! Make his or her favorite breakfast, or try one of our ideas for a breakfast skillet. Add a little something sweet like muffins, scones, or chocolates (it’s never too early for chocolate on Valentine’s Day, right?!) and a brunch cocktail for an elaborate spread.

Tips to Arrange the Perfect Breakfast Tray
Make a light, fresh cocktail like a mimosa, bellini, or our recommendation: a St. Germain Pomegranate Spritzer! Serve it in a champagne glass with a fresh fruit garnish.
St. Germain Pomegranate Spritzer Recipe
- Pomegranate Juice
- St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- Champagne or Prosecco
- Pomegranate Seeds
Add 1 oz each chilled pomegranate juice and St. Germain to a champagne glass or coupe. Top with champagne or prosecco and pomegranate seeds.
(Alternatively, if your Valentine is a caffeine-lover, consider making him or her a cappuccino instead. You could even use a stencil to make a heart out of cocoa powder or cinnamon on top!)
The Final Touches

Finally, place the breakfast dish and cocktail on a tray with fresh flowers, elegant flatware, and a linen napkin for an added touch of elegance. If you decided to make a skillet, use a potholder or towel to absorb the heat and protect your tray.
Your Valentine will feel like royalty waking up to this thoughtful, luxurious breakfast in bed!
