Grilled Peach Sangria

With summer on its way, Capers has been creating new mouthwatering drink recipes to share with our clients. This grilled peach sangria has been one of our favorites so far. Whether you are entertaining at home or planning a summer outing this recipe is perfect.

Grilled Peach Sangria

 

Grilled Peach Sangria ~ Serves 6

1 Peach, diced
4 Strawberries, hulled and diced
1 bottle Pinot Noir
1 cup Red Port Wine
1/4 cup Peach Liqueur
1/4 cup Dark Rum
Juice of 1 Orange
Garnish

1) 6 Kumquats sliced (24 pieces) and grilled

2) 6 peach wedges for garnish

3) Sparkling water

4) Combine first 7 ingredients in a pitcher and refrigerate 1-3 days

5)  Pour sangria over ice and garnish with 4 grilled kumquats and grilled peach wedge

6) Finish with a splash of sparkling water
