Boston Design Center
On October 1st and 2nd, Capers catered a pop-up restaurant for Market Days, at The Design Center in Boston. Two weeks before the event it was just raw space with contractors working 24/7 to finish the improvements in time for the annual Market Day activities. Each day had a unique menu at our pop-up, and thanks to BDC’s owners Jamestown the restaurant looked fantastic!
Here is our Salmon Nicoise Salad. It was lightly dressed with a lemon dressing to highlight the beautiful vegetables.
Chef Mauricio outdid himself with these hand-crafted flourless chocolate cakelets with raspberry coulis and below, pumpkin panna cotta with a petite molasses cookie.
The centerpiece matched the decor perfectly. We paired the centerpiece with rustic mason jars filled with our signature crackers.
These two photos show parts of the restaurant just before we opened for luncheon service.
