Autumn Themed Corporate Event

We have had the pleasure of catering the American Kidney Fund’s annual reception for two years in a row. We are delighted to cater this event, and especially love being able to create a fun and festive menu that pairs with four different beer selections. The beer selection this year were: Ballast Point, Fisherman’s Stout, Citizen Cider, and Sam Smith’s Nut Brown Ale. We paired the Ballast Point IPA with a mix of southwestern flair and Hispanic flavors. The Fisherman’s Stout was paired with fall flavors that are most commonly found in New England. Citizen Cider paired well with our smoked ham on a sweet potato biscuit and our unique grilled pork belly. In addition to the innovative menu the delicious beers, the American Kidney Fund always chooses decor that is perfect for their fall event. With orange tweed linens and burlap runners, guests were welcomed to a night full of delicious food and fundraising. Stapleton Floral did an amazing job matching the vision and decor of the evening with colorful rustic centerpieces and gold votive candles. This year the event was held at Keryx Biopharmaceutical‘s office in the Seaport. This is not only a stunning location inside, it is also home to spectacular panoramic views of the innovative Seaport.
